Returns Policy
Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains what can and cannot be returned.
1. Printed-to-Order Products
All products that are printed to order are non-returnable. Because each item is custom-manufactured specifically for you, we are unable to resell or reuse printed goods. This includes any product produced with your custom artwork, dimensions, or specification.
If your printed product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Non-Printed Products
Products that are not printed (for example hardware, frames, or stock accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
Return shipping costs for non-printed products are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
3. How to Request a Return

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned non-printed item, we will notify you of the refund outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
5. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If any product — printed or non-printed — arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Printed-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Non-printed products may be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
