By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or place an order.

3. Products & Custom Orders

All our products are custom-made to order. This means:

• We cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged
• Production begins only once artwork has been approved
• You are responsible for ensuring artwork files meet our specifications
• Colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to the printing process

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the current UK rate at checkout. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

5. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all images, logos, and content in your design. Print Rush Limited accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be held liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

7. Cancellations

As orders enter production quickly, cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. If production has already commenced, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us immediately at info@printrush.co.uk or 01246 720484.

8. Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
